TINA Cyprus
The TINA process, i.e. the future extension of the TEN, comprised all candidate countries, and hence also included Cyprus. Since Cyprus was not eligible for financial support in the context of the PHARE programme, a separate agreement had to be negotiated between the Cypriot ministry of transport and the then TINA secretariat, in order to fully integrate Cyprus into the TINA process.
